Positive: Fijne parkeerplaats achter het gebouw. Supermarkt en bakker vlak bij.
Gemakkelijke binnenkomst met lift vanaf de parkeerplaats.
Negative: In de doucheruimte zit geen glazen wandje of iets dergelijks, zodat heel de badruimte nat wordt bij het douchen. Ook juist voor de deur van de badkamer, waardoor het heel glad wordt. Is eenvoudig aan te passen.
