Positive: Appartement très joli, bien situé, facile d'accès. Tarif de location très raisonnable. Bravo. Negative: Tout parfait ! Sauf peut-être (ce sont des détails) le hall de l'immeuble un peu sale, la poubelle pas vidée (ce devait être un oubli je pense) parce que sinon l'appartement très propre, et justement, même pour moi qui suis maniaque, une odeur de Javel un peu persistente.

Très bien placé Positive: Petit appartement charmant et très bien placé. Il est plutôt confortable. Negative: Les volets ne sont pas occultants, et la rue est relativement bruyante (musique et cris jusqu'à 5h un mardi). Ça ne nous a pas trop dérangés, mais prévoyez boules quies et masque de nuit si vous êtes sensibles.
