Positive: Location and information is great. Very rapid responses. Clermont is amazing. Like a mini Paris. Cool bars, people, shops, restaurants. This apt is so close to everything. Will defo be back. Nicely decorated and had everything you needed in kitchen plus more. Loved it. Was like Rachel Khoo My Paris Kitchen. Very cool. Comfy sofa, Great bedding and comfy bed. Very clean and fab balcony. Parking is fine. Use the app for on street parking. Only chargable 10 to 19:00 in winter. 3 euro a day. Judt extend on app without moving car. Loads of bakeries and bespoke shops around. Amazing. Negative: Needs new toilet seat in the loo as wasn't one. No biggy for one night. Was kinda like having a loo and a bidet in one.

Positive: Simple but very efficient apartment. It’s close to everything, yet without the street noise and chaos, which was great. It’s quite discreet, as there is only one apartment per floor, and the main entrance door opens with a code, which makes it very practical. The apartment I was given was on the second floor and there were stairs, but they were wide and had a handrail, which made it much easier to go up with my suitcase. It was clean and well organized. There was even a small oven, which was perfect for making my afternoon fries :) Additionally, the noon check-out is very convenient. Negative: If you plan to extend your stay, confirm with the host first whether you can remain in the same apartment. In my case, even though the system showed availability, the available apartment was not the same one I was staying in, which caused a bit of frustration. However, the host was helpful and offered to assist me with changing apartments. Also, make sure you are ready to leave by noon, as there is no possibility of late check-out and the cleaning team arrives exactly at 12:00.

Positive: Bonne situation, près du centre ville. Quartier calme. Appartement bien équipé. Negative: Il serait souhaitable de rajouter un tabouret haut et mettre à niveau le nombre de petites cuillères.

Sie ist extrem schmutzig, ständig klopfen fremde Leute an die Tür, und obendrein hat der Vermieter mit einem Messer Geld von meinem Konto gestohlen – das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Gehen Sie bloß nicht dorthin! Negative: Ich kann diese Wohnung absolut nicht empfehlen.
