Positive: Appartement localisé en ville, accès tram très proche, hôpital et fac medecine à 3min en voiture. Place de parking attitrée. Propre, commodités de base disponible un vrai confort Negative: Peut être bruyant (voisinage, curculation), il fait très chaud dans l'appartement (ventilateur a disposition).

Positive: Logement très agréable, lumineux, bien équipé et spacieux. Propreté impeccable. Le parking gratuit dans la cour est un vrai plus. Boulangerie et Resto rapide à proximité. Excellente localisation pour mon déplacement professionnel avenue Blaise Pascal. Negative: Aucun point négatif.
