Convenient stay with some comfort issues Positive: the parking space, clear check-in instructions, and the fact that the apartment is pet-friendly. Having a washing machine and a kitchen was very convenient, and the shared terrace was a nice bonus. Heating worked well, and there is a pleasant park within a 10-minute walk, which was great Negative: The shower is directly on the bathroom floor without any enclosure, so water spreads all over the bathroom, which is quite inconvenient. Sound insulation is very poor: we could clearly hear the neighbors walking, and the noise from the road was noticeable in the bedroom. The bed squeaks, and the bed linen was very worn out, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There is no freezer compartment in the fridge, and a dishwasher would have been very helpful. Overall, the apartment is functional but could benefit from some improvements in comfort.

Positive: Nous avons passer un excellent séjour, l'appartement était propre, il y avait tout se dont on avait besoin et le lit était tellement confortable et l'appartement était très calme et le plus c'est d'avoir une place de parking ! tout était parfait et l'accueil était génial !

Positive: Très propre , bien équipé et décoré, confortable. Proche faculté de médecine et tramway. Supermarché, boulangerie et restaurant très proche Negative: L’absence de bac à douche…on met de l’eau partout…

J'y retournerai et je recommande fortement ce logement. Positive: C'est la seconde fois que je séjourne dans ce logement et je suis toujours ravie. Il est propre, calme, décoré avec goût et pratique d'accès. La place de parking réservé au logement et le tram à 200m sont de vrais plus. Negative: J'apprécierais un petit congélateur mais c'est vraiment un détails au vue de tout ce que le logement propose.
