Positive: la proximité du centre ville et tous les transports à disposition tram et lignes de bus Negative: L'odeur très forte d'égouts dans l'espace salon cuisine dûe aux travaux de construction en face Pas d'insonorisation ,bruit de voisinage et des travaux de construction ..

Le logement est très agréable et à proximité du centre ville (à peine 10 mn à pied). La salle de bain avec douche est vraiment top. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien.
